Heat Safety

As the summer progresses, employers can take steps to protect their workforce from heat illness.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) web resource offers heat safety tips for both companies and employees, including:

  • Recommendations for indoor and outdoor work environments
  • What to do if a worker shows signs of heat illness
