The Social Security Administration has introduced a new web portal in which employees may register to view their statements online.
Rather than mailing out paper statements, the Social Security Administration encourages employees to register online at socialsecurity.gov/mystatement. Employees can then view, save, or print their Social Security statements, which include information such as:
- Lifetime earnings, according to Social Security records
- Estimated Social Security and Medicare taxes paid to date
- Estimated retirement and disability benefits
