Nextep Receives Prestigious OK Ethics Compass Award
Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium Honors Integrity In The Workplace
The Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium honored Nextep with the prestigious Compass Award at its annual conference and awards luncheon.
The Compass Awards recognize companies that share insights, events and processes helpful to other organizations who desire to instill strong ethical values in their workplace.
Nextep received the Compass Award in the small business category for companies with fewer than 50 employees. Coppermark Bank took home the Compass Award for midsize companies while the Bama Companies and Boeing were each honored in the large company division.
“We are honored and humbled by this award and the recognition and responsibility that goes with it”, said Nextep CEO, Bryan Fayak. “We believe in the mission of the ethics consortium and in doing things right, both throughout our organization and with the over 200 companies we work with daily.”
That fact was borne out as the other finalist in the small business category, Principal Technologies, is a Nextep client.
“Nextep is proud to be involved with the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium and Foundation,” said Fayak, “we both support and applaud the work they do in fostering, maintaining and promoting ethics in the workplace and in our communities.”
